    has anyone had any experience with corn cob substrate?a friend of mine uses it and it is cheap cheap cheap but is it ok?

    No, it's way too dusty and very prone to molding. Just stick with aspen, cypress mulch, newspaper/newsprint.

    Corncob does not digest. It can actually cut the intestines as it passes through if it is injested.

    This one is a no no
