HELP! Humidity & Heat Problems Now

Yes I know another post but I got to get this right.

I have the RBI 32qt 4 tub rack. Herpstat II thermostat set on 95.5 degrees. Fan circulating air on rack. Tubs 2 and 3 are divided into halves 1 baby on each side.

Current conditions are as follows:
Tub 1. Amb Temp 73.0 Hot 89.2 Humid 58%
Tub 2. Amb Temp 74.8 Hot 84.9 Humid 82%
Tub 2. Amb Temp 73.0 Hot 83.8 Humid 60%
Tub 3. Amb Temp 75.4 Hot 86.9 Humid 54%
Tub 3. Amb Temp 72.9 Hot 89.2 Humid 47%
Tub 4. Amb Temp 72.9 Hot 89.4 Humid 61%

Thermostat probe directly on flexwatt. Unprinted paper as substrate. Small water bowls on cool side. I have tried every scenario with the holes in the tubs but all seem to keep the humidity high. The Temp in the room is 74-79. Humidity is around 43%. Accurite thermometers in every tub. Heat gun hasnt arrived yet in the mail.

Is having a fan circulate on them all the time bad for them?
Do I need to get new tubs and drill less holes?
At my wits end here I dont know where to go from here. Sorry for the repost but I had to try and get some more suggestions.

I don't understand why you're getting different temps and humidities in the tubs you have the dividers in.... I think the temp gun will help you figure that out a lot. I just pm'd you regarding the probe placement on the flex watt. What am I missing??? Can you snap an overhead picture of one of the divided tubs? Or tell us if they are exactly the same set up?? Crazy!!

yes i can post photos of them i will get them up. Also I have got the probe taped down to the flexwatt. Should just the wire be taped down or the tape covering the whole probe?

Good grief- that's a lot of holes and still getting high humidity!!! Your tubs look a lot like mine and the only think that I can think of is to use a different water bowl. Yours has a wide surface area; can you find something with less surface area? This will cut down on evaporation.
Also, how bout if you set it down lower to the floor? I have my racks on a low table 14" off of the floor. Maybe lowering your rack will help with the heat and the humidity, since both tend to rise.
Additionally, it looks as though you have different numbers of holes in some than in others. Could this account for some of the temp and humidity difference?
Lastly, have you had the chance to adjust the t'stat probe? Let me know how that works! :D

It looks like the accurites are right beside the water, nearly touching. That probably doesn't give an accurate reading for what the humidity is in the entire tub. Have you tried repositioning the accurites to see if you get similar readings at the other end of the tub for instance?

Also, are you using the min/max feature on the accurite? If the fan is causing problems, you will probably find that your temps & humidity vary not only from tub to tub, but within a single tub over a few hours.

I'm really just guessing since I have no experience with a rack, but I have noticed that if the humidity meter is too close to something wet, it spikes up more than if it is across the enclosure.
