    Old Axanthics?
The axanthic morph is really awesome as a baby, but I hear that they brown out as adults. Can anyone post pics of their adult axanthics?

Thanks for posting those. They aren't as brown as I thought they would be. Maybe someone will post a VPI axanthic. Then we can see all the different lines.

I'll try to get on that this evening. We have a 1900 gram female that has some nice sized follicles, and I'll see if I can get a pic of her, and her dad.

I believe VPI is generally considered the best, at least in terms of not browning out as much.

As these pictures show, and from what I've seen when I've seen a couple adult axanthics in person, they don't stay as silvery as when they are hatchlings, but they are still obviously not normal bps. I love them!

To me, what makes the prettiest axanthic is when they have a really bright white line between the grey & the black. None of the pics on this thread so far have a great example of that.

Also, the axanthics make some lovely looking designer morphs, which I believe would brown out less, although I guess I don't really know about that. Does anyone know for sure?

These 2 threads (really was one thread that got double-posted and went in different directions) have some links to nice pics and a video.

Thanks for the Pics! I'm actually really excited at how good they still look. For some reason I was under the impression that they would brown out and look almost normal...lol obviously not!
