i need opinions

i only have one room i my house to have my snakes in .i would like to breed my own rats but can it be done in the same room that keep my snakes ?:taz:

Yes before moving to the new snake room, I had both snakes and feeders in the same room for a year without any problems.

My rats are two steps from my rack.

I have a ten gallon on top of my rack that normaly has one or two mice in it for feeding day.

I avoid it and keep our rats in the basement. The snakes are upstairs in the actual living areas of the house. Rats give off an odor regardless of how hard you try to stop it that I don't want in any living spaces in my house!

We had our rats in the same room as our snakes for a long time with no side effects. I also kept the room very clean and the smell was kept to a very easy minimum.
