    Which to choose.
    hey everyone i was wondering in your opinion what would be a better display animal. the three choices are 1. tortises (spelling) 2. a snake 3. a lizard 4. other. I was wondering what you bp.net thinks is a better choice

    Can we suggest multiple animals in a single enclosure? A few different colored dart frogs would look really nice in a well decorated small enclosure. I think blue/black or yellow/black is my favorite! How much space are you working with?

    That said, if you're experienced enough to care for them, Green Tree Pythons make good display snakes, as do Carpet Pythons. A dart frog setup would look really nice as well. It all depends on how much reptile experience you have.

    There's definitely a lot of good lizard and snake choices for display animals. Other questions to ask yourself is:

    How much space you can devote to this endeavor?
    How much time can you devote to care/upkeep? (if not a lot, I'd lean towards the snake option)
    Is handling an important factor?
