Pre-shed vs. Post-shed (2 pictures)

I posted this photo last night, and commented that she'd probably shed soon. Well, she shed tonight. :rolleyes: I thought I had a week.

I remember someone asking about a snake not looking to be in blue, but rubbing his nose on everything. I said that often you can't tell they're going to shed right before they do. This just proves it. I had no idea she was even in shed. I feel silly now.:oops:

Anyway, here's the drastic color change. I love it.

I haven't altered those images in any way, and they're very true to her real colors. She's sleeping in both of them. :rolleyes: I call it the ostrich sleep. (Head in the sand type of deal) :rolleyes:

It's really dramatic sometimes, isn't it? With my albino, the opaque phase is sooo subtle. Her eyes don't turn opaque but they kind of lose their sparkle orangeness... pretty crazy! Anyway, your snake is adorable and such pretty colors and pattern. Maybe we'll get a head shot again one day ;)
