    Dixie show
I saw that some people went up to the Dixie show on Sat, and I was wondering how it was? What breeders were there? Does anyone have pics of anything they got this weekend from the show? I am thinking about going next month and would like to know what I am in for, It has to be better then the Atl Repticon cause that sucks.

The Dixie is a smaller show, and tends to be closer to the wholesale side than the retail side. My experience has been as a seller though. Sometimes there is a large variety, and other times not so much, just depends.

Yes, it is a smaller show - but much NICER than Repticon. It's hit or miss on finding some nice animals, or it has been the three times I went. In September, there wasn't anything I wanted to take home. In November, Michael Jolliff was there, and I purchased this Tiger possible het snow from him:

This time I did purchase a baby ball python, but then I turned around the next morning and asked Shaun if he wanted her, and he bought her from me (for what I paid for her). Shaun did get a very nice sub-adult female.

We like to go to meet other members from the forum and just make a weekend of it. The show is just icing on top of the cake!
