    No Poop???
We've had our ball python for about 2 months, and in that time, she has pooped once...very early on, and it was a tiny amount.

She has been eating (18 gr. adult mice) regularly (every 5-7 days since we got her), has shed twice...but she's not pooping. She's passed a urate (sp?) once though.

She seems "happy" in her environment, her shed was all-in-one-piece, she eats well, etc. She's just not pooping.

    Do we need to worry?:snake:

While all ball pythons are different, most tend to poop between every week and every 3 weeks. If your unsure maybe a vet visit is in order. From personal experience my guy poops every 2 weeks.

Mine goes about 4-6 weeks, usually with a shed. I've been pretty lucky on the cleanup end as well- usually like Dr. Del's super clean poo (inside the shed skin). :)

I wouldn't be too concerned yet. They'll go when they need to go. If you want to try to move things along so to speak, try giving the snake a soak. About 15-20 minutes in luke-warm water, deep enough to come to the middle of the body, should do the trick...

Wow.. I don't have a single snake that takes longer than 4-7 days to poop. They eat and in about 4-7 days there's poop.

Today, we had poop! I was oddly relieved (y'know...speaking as a snake-parent, lol) to see it!
