question re first feed/ second mouse?

This may be a repeat. We just fed our little BP girl for the first time and she ate nicely. The question is-- the mouse was tiny and about half the size she needs. Should we offer her another just like it tonight? Or wait a few days?

And, the dang mouse bit me like five times when I was trying to catch it. It grabbed my finger and held on like I was a giant sandwich. OW. I am glad it didn't bite our girl!

Nevermind, we found out, and she took it! what a sight!
