    Breaking in...
    Hello everyone,

I have posted a while back maybe it was last weekend I can't remember but it was about four new BP's I got a while ago that won't eat F/T.

This is the third weekend of attempting to get them to take f/t, and it was a no go. I tried heating them up nice and warm and doing the zombie dance which wasn't working. Although once again from two out of the four all I got was defensive strikes. And those are the two that if I reach in to get them the wrong way to pull them out they will strike at me which is not good, but I hope they calm down.

So my question is when do I break in and go buy the four some live rats and just feed them those one weekend and then try F/T again?

Have you tried presenting? When I had issues with one of mine taking f/t the only thing that worked (after about 5 weeks of nothing) was getting some bedding that had been used in a rat tank, put it in an open plastic bag and on top of my rack a day before feeding night. On feeding night I took the f/t rubbed it all around in the bedding and did the dance, it took him a while but he eventually took it. I've since given up on f/t for my whole collection now, it got to frustrating trying to convert every new snake I got  GL though, hope you get them converted!
