extremely bad day!!

I have worked for years to move up in position at my work.
Today we were all told night shift is being cut in 5 weeks!
This means if I keep my job I will be working under someone else.
That someone I have never got along with. Not sure if I can handle that after running the shop my way for so many years!!
This may also put a damper on me getting my horse. I don't want to tie myself down with more expenses if I decide to jump ship.:( So for now it is just watch and wait! Oh - and check the classifieds
