That sounds O.K to me. The adult mice I can purchase where I live (not all "adult" mice are the same size) weigh about 20-30 grams, and at 200 grams, My juvenile bp is satisfied with a 30-35 gram rat pup instead of adult mice.
If you are a little concerned about the size of the prey you are feeding, grab a digital kitchen scale and weigh them to get a better idea of how much your bp is eating. I discovered after purchasing a scale, my "size" estimation was not very good, I was picking out adult mice that were 18 grams and then some that were 25 grams, and they looked the same to me.

I wish I could get him on rats but he's still too small for a small adult and no one has pups around here. The mice I get tend to be on the average size not too big not too small. He eats one and is always excited for the second one. I just dont want him to get obese ha

15% to 20% of his weight once a week is ok

Yeah I don't know where to find anything between large mouse and medium rat :(
I think I might have to up Uli to 2 mice a week...

i found a local person on craigs list that breeds and sells rats. i rotate between them the reptile shop and the reptile show every couple weeks. this way i get the size i need and dont have to worry about them getting too big
