Done with this Dragon...

So, I've been dinking with this fella for a while now... and just haven't been able to feel "IT"... I just couldn't find my dragon Mojo... I know what I WANT it to look like... and this looks incomplete to me for some reason... Something with the lighting is driving me nuts! :oops: I've got the itch to work on other stuff, but I hate not finishing stuff... so I made myself wrap this one up. Thought I'd post it anyhoo.....

I love the concept, and especially love that he has no pupil/iris. It makes him look really cool and "other-worldly". If you're having trouble finishing it with your tablet, why don't you have a go at it the old fashioned way? Sometimes when you work something in a different media, it ends up with a different feel. Just a thought.


Oh, and I just noticed this - had to edit my post. Isn't he missing a toe? Or was that on purpose?

Thanks!!! Yea... I think the next thing I tackle will be hands on... I've drawn that same Dragon in one form or another since I was a teen... I'm sure I'll give him-her another shot one day.... lol Thanks for the suggestion :D
