    Yeah, it's gorgeous. I am located in Costa Rica, Central America. I know it's not venomous because it got bro younger brother (he tried to catch him/her bare handed XD)

    Yeah, definitely not a ribbon. That and the patchnose snake were my first guesses, but the green head looked odd. Had a feeling it was not in the U.S.
