    Drinking
Hey, I noticed my snake is drinking a lot, when before I barely ever saw her drink. Could there be something wrong? The humidity is at 57% right now.

Mine drink the most during the 24 hours after they've eaten. Have you noticed a pattern with yours?

No, she just started this earlier today. Tonight was her feeding night, and I was encouraged to feed her a large mouse. Normally I feed her 2 weanlings because she refused to eat anything larger before, but I recently switched to f/t and decided to try again. She didn't take the food this time either.

Is it possible that it had something to do with it being feeding day? I wouldn't worry about it too much until it has been happening longer. It could just be that you happened to see her drinking and she usually does it when you aren't around.. or something of that nature.

I would think that, but it's like she'l lay in her hide for about 30 min to an hour, go take a nice long drink, go back hiding, take another drink. Even when I was trying to feed her, she was more interested in drinking and normally, if she see's you watching her while she's drinking, she'll stop. It's just really weird. I also noticed she hasn't been switching back and forth from the warm to cold side as much as normal.

It's just, normally she's very friendly. If I open her cage, she normally starts opening up and looking up at me, but over the last couple of days, she just stays in a ball. I'm thinking that maybe she is going to shed. I hoping that that's all it is.

Your trying to switch her to f/t and she has refused both of the last feedings? Snakes normally pull a lot of moisture from the prey they eat. Since she has refused to eat twice it could be she is just taking more drinks now because she is not getting anything from a prey item she has recently ate.

No, before when I was feeding live, a few months ago, I tried to feed her a little larger and she didn't want it. Last time I fed her I fed a f/t weanling and she ate it ith no problem. This time I tried a 40g mouse like I was told to, and when I first put it in she was interested. She was flicking her tongue and slowly moving closer like she normally does, then just stopped and turned away and went to drink. It was weird.
