    rat/mouse size
    Hey guys quick question.

How do mouse sizes compare to rats??

I"m feeding mine 1 adult mice a week. If I were to switch to rats, what would be a similar size in rat? If I were to take a guess I would guess rat hoppers?? cause I wanna buy in bulk off online, just wanna make sure to get the rite size before I buy a lot

    Adult mouse = rat pup

Also before you buy bulk you definitely want to make sure you successfully switch your BP to rat.

    tru thanks a lot.

So I don't have to make another thread....do u guys have any good sites that specialize in snake supplies?? The only good one i could find was reptile basics and this reptilebarn place. I am looking to get rid of my glass viv and go for something like this

It looks better for humidity and practically industructable ad easier to transport since I travel a lot. Anyone have any input if these are any good or can recommend me any other ones???

    thanks

This should be of some help to you....

Also if you go check out www.rodentpro.com you will find excellent descriptions and pictures of all the basics sizes of feeder rats (note....rats don't come in "hopper" size, that's a term used only with mice).
