Re: New spider wobbles ALOT!
Some are really bad and some aren't.
Re: New spider wobbles ALOT!
by bad you mean unhealthy or what?
Re: New spider wobbles ALOT!
and i feel a really small lump on his neck
Re: New spider wobbles ALOT!
I would not breed a spider that had that much wobble. :(
Re: New spider wobbles ALOT!
why? I thought that it wasn't a life threatening issue.
Re: New spider wobbles ALOT!
It's not life threatening but why would you want to pass that on to progeny? IMO it is always best to breed the best of the best and for me that translates into breeding spiders that have the very least amount of wobble possible.
I have an '06 spider from Adam at 8Ball and she has never wobbled once that I have ever seen. When she strikes her prey, she is right on target. I will breed her since I feel that she represents good health in the spider morph. :)
Re: New spider wobbles ALOT!
Could he be wobbling a lot because of all the stress? I have been handling him. I will give him a break this weak and see how he is after he eats and sheds for the first time.

i agree. I would never bring a animal into my collection as a breeder with some thing like what you described going on.

total agreement here.. My 07' spider girl doesnt wobble, spin, exc either (if she does its very very little) I wouldnt consider breeding an animal that wobbles that violently either.

I had the same feelings with Impala.. she was a strikingly beautiful animal but if she did what your describing I wouldnt have selected her... did the breeder/supplier advise you of the severity when you got it? Is it something that has come on recently?
