why dont they sell morphs?
i want to get a piebald or an albino in the future so i went searching online for a estimated price for babys.all i found was just the normals with the genes to breed one.anyone know where i could look at some babies for sale?
Re: why dont they sell morphs?
right about now all the breeders will be pretty low on stock. Give it a couple months and check again after eggs start hatching. Or, you can try emailing or calling breeders. Alot of them have some that aren't advertised online. It might be worth looking into!
Re: why dont they sell morphs?
i saw peter kahl's website. he has alot of pieds available.

There are always morphs for sale if you look in the right places.
Re: why dont they sell morphs?
Remeber, ball pythons only lay one clutch a year with around 7 eggs on average. Right now either the breeders have picked through and sold off most of their 07's, or have babys just now being layed. Im sure around april you'll find plenty of babys, or look around right now for a bit older balls;)

My real average is 5.5 this represents the actual average of good viable babies that hatch and thrive per clutch after counting bad eggs, deformed and/or babies that just don't thrive for any number of reasons.

Post a message in the want ad section. I posted one for a spider and got 5 replies the next day. I imagine breeders check here often to see who's looking for what.
I also know, a lot of breeders I've seen take a while to update their web sites, due to being pretty busy. I would call BHB (is this legal to say in here), and see what they have. I haven't ordered from them, but Brian was really nice when I called and they do have a good selection from what I understand.
