    Male Ball python pricing
I got some female ball pythons in a trade a couple of months back. I just had them sexed and they are all males. And i have no reason to keep males around so i want to sell them all off. Their is nothing special about them i don't know much history just got them in December. They are all eating fine. I am wondering what they are worth. I didn't want to post this in the for sale section cause i want price ideas and feedback. For now and once i have received some advise i will post them for sale. Let me know what everyone thinks.

It really depends on who you are selling it to. If you find the right buyer, usually someone who wants a nice, healthy pet ball python, males can fetch a price far higher than if you try to sell to someone who has big breeding plans. Petco sells baby normal males for $89.99. A lot of times you can find someone who appreciates a price lower than the price at the big pet stores. Generally the price will increase as the size of the animal increases.

I guess i will try selling them on Craiglist or maybe try posting ads at some local pet stores if they will let me. I do need to learn how to probe and not just trust others with their word. Thanks for all the feedback.

You're not allowed to sell snakes on craigslist. A lot of people sell tanks and say there's a free snake with it.

but you can put adoption fees and hope it does not get flagged;) I sold my sub adult spider on CL for $800, it just takes a little time and the right local buyer.

Craigslist can be a good tool. From what I've seen most reptile ads are ignored by flaggers, even if the seller is asking for a large adoption fee. You might be able to post flyers at pet stores that don't sell reptiles, or, you could try to sell them all to one pet store.
