Re: New England Reptile Expo
We have 4 tables this year, prices are usually pretty good, $$ talks so good deals are not to hard to get. We normally sell a little cheaper at shows, as do a lot of other vender's, its easier and cheaper to sell in person than to ship.
At the end of the day prices are cheaper on some stuff but there is not as much variety or choice animals as they will all have been sold during the day. You can come and go during the day, they stamp your hand when you pay the entrance fee of $7 (I think?). They do sell pizza, soda and subs at the show too.
Hope this helps.
Re: New England Reptile Expo
ooooo... What are you going to have available this year for balls of course? :)
and yes, it did help a lot, thank you.
Oh and are there any vendors I should avoid?

Re: New England Reptile Expo
Overall most of the vendors are decent.
The best way to tell is to look at there display, boxes filled with animals in overcrowded cages are not a good sign.
Cheap import lizards next to pieds, keep walking, etc.
We bring c.b, c.h, and w.c balls but keep the imports at the far end of the table by the pet store lizards and c.b at the other end by the other c.b animals just as a safety. If you go to : www. reptileexpo.com it has the vendor listings for the show.
Lots of variety of animals are for sale, as for us ..everything on our sight plus another 50-75 balls.
Stop by and say hi!
P.S
Just a word of advise : bring cash for most purchases, most vendors do not take c.c at the show and the atm runs out fast or just breaks during the day.
We take credit cards along with Reptile Kingdom, CV Exotics, NERD, and one or 2 others, other than that cash talks.
Thanks

I've always wanted to meet the people at NERD. I have heard great things about them....sorry to butt in.
