Spyder Robotics ++1

I just got my Herpstat II in today and this thermostat rocks. I had a few questions from them and they answered them all quickly. It only took a few days to get it in. Awesome product.

Hell yeah! I just ordered my second today. I posted a comment when I bought it asking that he contact me before he sent it so I could make sure when it got here I'd be at home and not at work.

He emailed me 5 minutes later saying it was being built and would ship today and come in on Saturday. I told him I wouldn't be around and he just asked me to pay $15 more to overnight it!

Dion is da bomb.

One year after purchasing three NDs from Dion, I was having minor issues with the t-stats (none of which were related to the quality of the product).

Dion promptly answered my many questions, troubleshot the problem and retrofit grounded all my stats. He also uploaded new versions of the control software.

I don't know how he does it, but Dion ships stuff out faster than anybody I know of.
