    BP Swallowed bedding?
I caught her too late having only noticed the bedding after half the mouse was in. I've heard this is bad and you should try to prevent it, but what can be done if it's already happened?

    Advice greatly appreciated! ):

Usually no need to worry Furio got a little piece of aspen caught in his jawline last week and by the time I'd got him to the vet he'd already got it out. As they say... this too shall pass.

No problem. I feed about 50 snakes on aspen, and they all ingest a little from time to time. Consider that rats and mice (especially rats) eat all kinds of stuff in the wild, and the snake digests stomach contents too! (Also the rodent's bones).

    Nothing to worry about.
