from what i've seen on the forums, my tub looks way big. you guys think it's too big for her?
Re: here's Izzy! and a question.
maybe just with height, but other than that it looks fine. i personally use newspaper or paper towels (it's so much easier). Beautiful snake though, Congrats!:gj:
Re: here's Izzy! and a question.
is the height a big enough deal for me to have to switch to something smaller?

Shouldn't be unless you are having issues w/ temps and/or humidity that you can't seem to fix.
That or the snake is stressing out from it for some reason. Even then I'd try the crumpled newspaper trick before switching to a lower tub.
Nice snake by the way how about some clearer pictures?

better pics will come soon. i want to get her eating before i take her out for a picture sesh
Re: here's Izzy! and a question.
She should do fine. I have a couple 200 gram balls thriving in big CB-70 tubs. As long as you give them the right temps, right humidity, plenty of hides and kinda clutter things up they really don't seem to notice. It does make it a little harder to locate them though when you open the tub. I doubt if they get little containers in the wild so the overwhelming sky does not scare the beegeebees out of them!
Re: here's Izzy! and a question.
Looks fine other than if that height causes you any problems but it probably won't.
Mind if I ask what that white cord is in her enclosure?
Re: here's Izzy! and a question.
the chord for the thermometer probe... it's way too long.
