Reptile Radio Question...

I am admitably not the most computer savvy person... :weirdface I'm behind on listening to the Reptile Radio segments... I saw the Download link for each show... what I want to know is if I download them, can I get them onto my Ipod??? And if so, how!?!? :confused:

Once you down load it, just find the file put the file in Itunes and then just plug your ipod in and export it over to the ipod.
