What size hides
My 2 yr old BP is almost 4 ft. and 1500 grams. What sizze hides should I be getting? I was thinking about geting the plastic flower bottoms. But what size?
Also the baby is 14 inches long what size hide for him? Should I stick with plastic or clay:?

Re: What size hides
My adult male is a very similar size, and his hides are the bottom 6" of a couple waste baskets I borrowed from work. The top of the hide (base of the waste basket) measures ~ 6.5"X9.5". He fits in them nice and snug.

Re: What size hides
Home Depot or WalMart has planter saucers. They are they trays that sit underneath the pot to catch water. They come in ALL sorts of sizes. Try the 6" for the baby(2 of them) and try the 12-14" for the big guy. Just cut holes in the sides so the snake can fit and flip them upside down. They work great, are inexpensive, and easy to clean.

Re: What size hides
For BP over 1500 grams I use small cat litter pans, for babies it depends on how big they are!
Hammerhead gave you a link to one of my old post regarding hides check it out it might help you.
