how to feel for follicles???

i keep seeing that people are feeling for follicle growth and i was wondering if anyone could tell me how to do that. thanks guys and gals

Here you go! I personally use a t-shirt or paper towel to help reduce friction when I palpate:

i did it today for my first time after watching a how to video and reading that page and i could feel them! :O i think i counted 6 but its my first time so i could be wrong. I know they were follicles tho it matched the description perfect... bout 6 marbles in a row :D IM SO EXCITED :banana:

Congrats and if your as antsy as me about it you will try tomorrow and the day after and you will try to feel how much they grow and then close to ovulation it will feel more like a water balloon. Swear my one female just started getting straight for me when her tub opened cuz she knew it was gunna happen over and over and over! But congrats and know how exciting that feeling is!
