SPIDER x HET FOR ALBINO?

If I breed a 100% het normal in color to a spider will I have a 50% clutch of spiders in the first breedind? I have been read that the spider is a co dom trait & you can produce in the first breeding, I maybe wrong but clarify please,thanks.

You will get Spiders and normals that are all 50% possible het albino.

I second this info :gj:.Then if you want the albino spiders you would need to holdback the babies then breed them back to the parents.

wow thats cool thanks for the replys I have a pair of 100% het for albino's now & thinking of getting a female spider to add to my collection,better to have a few females than just one right:)

thats the long run way, if you got a pair of spiders het albino (albinoXspider breeding)
you would get albino spiders that way

also just in case you didnt know. 50% means they only have a 50% chance of being either het albino or normal. this is a common mistake ive seen happen a ton. good luck! :gj:
