Re: 1.2 New Hets! Little bitty ones.
Thank you all. Hopefully in the future we will be having Axathics, Pieds, Albinos, and a little Snow even! :D
Not to mention the spiders, pastels, Lemon Pastels, super pastels, bumblebees, and killer bees our existing collection should make.
Re: 1.2 New Hets! Little bitty ones.
Well the good news is all of them have eaten. The Albino had 2 small mice, the Het pieds both had two mice hoppers, and the Het Axanthic had one hopper. All of them struck in less than a minute with the ones that were eaten. We tried a second hopper with the het axanthic, but after 15 minutes of waiting and her deciding to crawl back into her hide we decided she really wasn't interested.
Now I just wish our big girls would decide to eat. Week one and no luck. We will try again on monday and see if the take the medium rats. Not sure what Osiris's excuse is, but Egeria has a good excuse as she has to be handled daily to get an injection every day. That has to be stressful to her as I know a snake really doesn't understand why we have to do it.
