    Credit cards
I swear after we pay off the ones we have we're going to cut them all up. I'm so incredibly tired of having them not recieve any faxes to them. Ive had to fax my husbands orders to the same company 29 times. I'm not exaggerating, it's been 29 times. Such incredible crap. Juniper/Barclay has been nothing but a pain in the hind end. Not to mention I haven't dealt with many credit card companies that allow their customer service reps to yell at customers when the customer has maintained a calm and professional demeanor.

I hate them and I'm a slave to them, all at the same time...

I have never had a credit card. I honestly don't feel like I can safely have one. I know my limits, although I am not a big spender. I don't think it would be wise for me to get one right now.

We just got out of roughly $30,000 worth of debt last may. I intend to keep it that way.

Being 23 with that kind of debt was scary and overwhelming.

Oh, I feel ya! My credit card ebt is actually pretty slim. But I have almost $100,000 taken out in school loans... ugh, I don't even want to think about it...

If you can stay away from credit cards, by all means, do it! :gj:

From the book of Isiah "for the borrower shall be slave to the lender, and the debtor slave to the creditor."

Ours was from a car accident. Some guy rear ended my husband doing roughly 45 mph in a F 150. My husband was at a dead stop in a Honda Civic.

It was ALL hospital bills! 3 years of fighting insurance companies.
Oh it was a complete mess. Destroyed our credit, everything.
