Can someone tell me why my OBT decided to leave her self made web enclosure to just sit in the middle of her regular enclosure?

This is normal.. I had an OTB for while, she mainly stayed in her webbed up cactus skeleton, but would come out sometimes and walk around.. hangout in an area.. nothing too interesting.
It could be looking for food/water, or maybe just lurking around for no reason.. its nice to see it though right? I would get so excited when mine would come out because she rarely did

Its actually great to see her out I'm not mad that she is out just wondering why. but yes that bright orange is beautiful. come to find out this morning she actually made some webbing on the floor of the area she was lurking in. So maybe she going to molt soon after all. Or do Some Ts just lay down webbing on the floor because it feels better to walk on??

I hope she is. However, just my luck that I have my digital camera attatched to the computer and here iam thinking all last night and its not. So hopefully it will charge all the way up before she starts molting.

Yep, an upcoming molt could be a reason for this! I've seen this a couple of times.. but tarantulas can also molt in very tight places.. I've had some molt right in their small hides, and some came out to make a nice webbed area in a corner and molted soon after :)

    Its great to watch!
