Thank you Spyder Robotics!

I just wanted to write to everyone that I ordered a Herpstat on saturday night (while in a drunken stooper), and I thought I had it sent to the wrong address.

I sent Dion an email and he answered me monday morning, and assured me the address was correct, pay pal just sends you the confirmation weird. He was in the process of building my herpstat, and it was sent out that day. I just received it today, and I can't wait to go home and get it up and running.

All in all, I wanted to say that the customer service at Spyder blew me away, the fact that the owner was actually speaking to me in email. My part was shipped super fast and got here in 2 days.

I would recommend Syper Robotics to anyone interested in purchasing a t-stat for the reptile friends!

I just sent 1 it to have it repaired and expect it back any day. The service is great and the units are awsome. We use spyder Robotics and Helix and they are both amazing with thier service and products....:bow:

i wont buy any other. The herpstats are AMAZING, and talk about CONCERNED quality service!

I had mentioned that something weird had gone on with my borrowed Herpstat, and they were ON TOP of it, even though i never bought the stat from them ( i did get one later, to give to the friend who let me borrow mine, so he could have a NEW one)

I wouldnt have it any other way. 100% satisfaction guaranteed with these guys, and their products!

I use Herpstat products for all my racks as well as my incubators. Dieon and George put a lot of hard work into their product and it shows. Couldn`t be any happier with their product or customer service. Big thumbs up !!!

Herpstats are really great. I couldn't think of anything to complain about. Ive ordered both the basic grounded chord version as well as the ND grounded - and they do an amazing job. The base one, which I have running my incubator...went through a couple test runs and has kept the temp within .2* the entire time! They really are great!

Not to mention I received both of them within two days of my order. That really blew me away! They have my business for life! :gj:

You would be surprised as to how many of our orders come in at midnight to 2am. :P
