    Got my redtail boa today :)
    Hi! got a nice 66% albino het redtail female boa today at the reptile show (and 2 leopard geckos lol) in Hamburg, PA.
    Here is a cpl pics, i'm not sure if its a "normal" color but i love the shade :P
    Also when we brought her home she ate a pinkie rat for us right away...i hear thats a good sign :)

    Lol dont mind the toy relections u see :P

    did try to take pic of her eating, but it got too blurry :( next time tho lol.

    So even tho she is a het is she still considered a normal color?

    I'm pretty sure hets look normal, they just carry their genes for whatever morph.

    thank u :) i can't wait til i'm able to hold her lol, from what i understand she should be going into shed real soon since she shed 2 weeks ago, so it might be a week and half or more b4 i can handle her lol...at least she'll be settled in :)

    Oh and she must think she is a tree boa, she keeps trying to climp up and curl up on the log or wrap herself in the fake greens in there lol

    Can anyone tell me exactly what type she is? Colmbian or Brazilian?
