    Picky eaters..
    My rats in general seem to be fussy eaters. They eat all of the smaller goodies in their feed mix; the cereals, the peanuts.. the goodies and dehydrated fruit from the parrot-food mix I add. But lab blocks? They get partially chewed and mostly ignored! I like using them as a base.. but heck, if they keep being ignored and peed on.. yikes. Anyone feel me here?

    Funny you say that mine are only eating the big stuff. And wont eat anthing if i don't mix in veggies.

    Since I've moved to a rack, their primary food is lab block with the other stuff as treats. Since they have to eat, they devour the lab block, and since they have to eat it through the wire in the rack, there's a lot less waste than before.

    Still loving my rat rack! :D
