i'm sure some kid in the factory was messing around... That's just wrong though! and very weird that it didn't start until after a battery change! I bet you that goes for big money on ebay!

It was most likely trying to use the 'kiss' line and with the dying power due to the batteries being low, it got all garbled. When the batteries start to die in talking toys, the voice gets all slurred like its drunk or something. Kind of funny actually... although not in this case.

Can you imagine that kids future therapy bills? :P
