I use Raytek Temp Guns with Laser sighting.

I also had 1 of the PE-2 Temp Guns and they work good too...

I use Acurite in my living room and digital radio thermostats from Home Depot in my other rooms so I can keep an eye on all my temps from my living room.

I got a Fluke 561 IR Thermometer with an ISO-9000 calibration cert and a plug in thermal couple option. Helix and Herpstat Thermistats are pretty accurate and you can pretty much know the temp at the probe location is what it says.

For Humidity I got an Amprobe TH-3 Relative Humidity and ambient air temp meter again with an ISO-9000 calibration cert. We found our litte dial type T-rex relative humidity gauges are pretty close to accurate by using the TH-3 as a base. Digital Acu-Rite thermometers and relative humidity gauges are pretty erratic from our testing and we will not be getting anymore of them.
