    Untreated Pine Bedding?
Is it ok to use untreated pine shavings as bedding for my ASF's if they are going to be used as feeders?

I don't use it because of the oils in pine that are dangerous to snakes. Maybe I'm just being too cautious, but I'm curious to hear what others have to say.

I know your not supposed to use pine for snake bedding, just wasn't sure if you make sure to get all the pine off the rat before feeding if it would be ok. I'm probably just going to err on the side of caution and not even bother, just kinda curious. TSC near me has huge bails of it for 5 bucks, alot cheaper than the stuff I'm using now

I get all of my KD pine bedding from TSC. KD pine is a lot better then normal untreated pine bedding. Untreated pine has the oils that are bad for small animals.
