    How common is it to get gray or brown mice with red eyes? I thought red eyes were only an albino trait.

    I breed a lot of Lilacs (The gray mouse on the bottom left)

    Light gray with red eyes are Lilac, Light Brown (Beige) with red eyes are Champagne (I don't have those)

    Thanks for the pics. I have a bunch of lilac and a few champagne babies. I thought they looked pretty cool. I don't know about mouse genes. Would breeding them back to there chocolate brown dad produce darker red eyed offspring, or are lilac and champagne the darkest you can get?
