So whose got the oldest ball python (or any python really)? I acquired my Jasper in Feb 1993. He was about 3.5 ft then. I still have him today (which totals 15 yrs), so I'm guessing his age is at least 17 yrs old and likely older.

Anyone else have an old-timer snake? Or do you guys breed them to an early grave? Just kidding!!! 'tis only a joke. No one hurt me.

I'd love to see mine hit 20. That way, whenever I'm feeling bad, I can at least revel in the fact that I'd have outlived roughly 3000 mice :)

Do you have any pics of the old dude?

My oldest Ball pythons are a couple of 2500g girls that hatched in 2002 (purchased last year). I aquired my first BP in 2004, though, so I haven't had snakes long enough for them to be that old. My snakes are '02s, '04s, '06s and I have one '07.

My bp does not qualify as old yet. She is just an '07 but I hope to have her for 20+ years.
