question about my new baby

ok, I brought Bloop home last monday. He's been doing real good about the biting thing. it seems he only wants to bite when he's in his tank. I tried to feed him last night, and no response at all, except to bite *me* LOL

anywa, do they need a period of stress free settling in before they eat? how long do I wait before i get worried? do they, like my BP's can go without eating for months and still be ok?

also, I'm afraid I got attached to the little pinky he didnt eat. whats the likelyhood of me being able to feed him with and eyedropper and raise him myself? will he die on me? I'm feeding him kitten formula every 2 hours right now. I can see his fur growing in!!

oh, is it normal for Bloop to be see through when you hold him up to the light?

What type of snake is Bloop? I think most reptiles/animals need a week or so to adjust to their surroundings. I wouldn't freak out just yet :D
