    Oats?
I was thinking of adding Oats into my rat food mix. They are cheap and I figured that they'd like them. Does anyone use them? Would you get milled or whole; are milled OK?

I use oats, I'm not sure if they are whole or milled, but they are the kind you eat lol! I did a quick glance over the box and saw nothing about being milled or not.

The rats eat them, but not very well. They are small and fall to the bottom of most mixes, so not as many oats get eaten as it should.

Thanks! I read Becky's awesome rat-food mix Stickie, and they're in that too. I have already mixed some into my rat feed.
