Today I received my first SHIPPED snake. I got it from Neil Johnson over at Sunsetpythons.com. Neil was very helpful and ensured that the transaction went smoothly. He shipped it the hour after payment was received through overnight FedEx. The shipment was sent east instead of west because of weather, and before I even knew about it, Neil had contacted customer support to get details, and even called the station it was at to make sure the snake was in a warm place. When I got the box, the packaging was very well done, the heat pad was still warm, and the snake was beautiful. He included the certificate of authenticity for the morph, feeding record, invoice, and some other stuff. All in all, I give Neil an A+ and would do business with him again.
