who do you recommend...

for pastels? Ever since i saw pastels I've loved them. I appreciate the input.

It's kind of hard to recommend anybody when there are so many people here who breed pastels. I'd be willing to bet that several dozen of the regular posters on this site will be producing their own pastels this summer. You're best bet would be to keep an eye on the 'for sale' forum and choose from one on there.
