Just when you think you've seen and heard it all.

Wasn't there some snake being kept in a zoo in China a few years back that had a mouse living with it? It apparently was an uneaten one and they just left it in there and the 2 animals don't bother each other. The snake will still eat other mice, but just not that one. Strange.

Aw... come on, can't interspecies love (and a 3-way) exist? Should we post a poll about it? :rofl: (JUST KIDDING!)

Edit: Makes me get a weird sort of Star Wars image of the mouse riding on the beardie's back, just needs a light saber in his hand and reins!

Like I said before, a lot of people on craigslist scare me, this is yet another proof of how scary they are.

:( Sad but not surprising people don’t do any research before acquiring an animal (in this case they also lack common sense) and they turn to craigslist once they get tired of the animal and/or cannot meet its need. :confuzd:

1. It's not working because the power isn't turned on.
2. It's not working because you didn't plug it in.
3. It's not working because you put a plant on top of it, watered said plant, and shorted out your brand new HD PVR.... No, the warrenty does not cover that.

CL does often just seem like a place where people dump off their animals once they get sick of them. Granted, I have used CL to adopt-out snakes before. I found a few local people through it that were/are stand-up people, that I never would have found otherwise. I quizzed them, and they provided pics of their setups, them holding their snakes, etc. So I feel confident that the snakes got as good of homes as they would have if I "sold" them through a website or newspaper ad..
But by and large, it Does seem like the animal dumping ground on CL sometimes. CL says that it is illegal to "sell" animals on its site. Gotta love the people who are "adopting out" horses, purebred dogs, and the like.. for a fee that, cough, happens to be just what they'd get if they "sold' the animal. Blah!
