How do you ship a reptile

I've read the entire thread on how to get certified and I will probably be doing that sometime this summer or this coming fall, but how do you actually ship the reptile, mainly snakes? Can anyone put up a DIY thread on how to get the box ready for shipping, labeling, packaging, heat packs, cool packs, ect, and the actual process of securing the box and actually shipping it out. And can anyone do this with pics, as I'm a visual learner. :D

I fully intend to as soon as I get a new rack from reptile basics. I hope to have the rack by the end of this month or next month. :)
