Caramel thats not good. Whats flamable in a sugar refinery?

I saw that on the news last night Em, and it looked horrific. My thoughts and prayers are definitely with those who were injured or killed and their families. I heard this afternoon that it's no longer a rescue but recovery at this point. :(
