    ball python handling stress
    There is another thread up on handling but not about stress while handling

    How can you tell if your friend is stressed while handling?

    Mine somtimes sits just in my hand and dosnt move and other times he moves alot but generaly trying to get away.

    They should usually be slow moving curious snakes. Tongue actively flickering, head up, slow movements are usually all good signs. If the snake is actively trying to slither away or seems restless then these are usually signs of stress during handling.

    oh ok thanks alot my snake has his tounge flickering alot so thats a good sign
