I've seen this guy before, and I've seen other people this has happened to. Colloidal silver is supposed to be (controversially) really good for you, but I've never tried it because if you don't make it right and the particles are bigger than they should be, you turn silver. It's called argyria.

They used to use colloidal silver back in the Roman days. The FDA does not reccomend usage anymore. pretty weird stuff. He ingested and used it topically.

His body is super saturated with Silver, I think after many many years he will fade, but will always be blue.
