Two strange swellings on my BP (eggs?)

Hello to everybody, my name is Luca and I'm from Italy. I've tried to breed my two BP and lately I've noticed some changes on my female, here are the pics:

She has two strange swellings as you can see, what could they be? She ate two weeks ago, so surely not mouses :snake:

I apologize, but the two strange swellings are not very obvious to me. (although I'm sleep deprived from a sick husband and child). Could you point out a bit more clearly to what you see? :oops:

It's possible that she is lumping, which happens sometimes as the follicles develop. Here's a link that may help you more.

I hope so...and I've got a gravid boa constrictor imperator too :D
