    how to feed multiple mice
My ball is currently feeding on mice and getting pretty big. I was thinking down the road if he never switches to rats how would I feed him multiple mice, meaning same day or would i feed multiple times during the week thanks

Usually when we feed multiples we just wait for the snake to move the prey fully down past the thinner neck area and go back into an active hunt posture. Then we offer the next prey. If the snake instead just relaxes or goes back to it's hide we know they aren't very interested in course #2. Remember though just being in an alert position doesn't necessarily mean your snake needs more food, that's a call each keeper has to make for each individual snake's needs.

Sometimes if I'm a little slower getting the second heated up, my girl will go back to her hide. But it is the laying in ambush with the first third of her body out of the hide looking for more food kind of hiding. It is very different than the full tummy and looking for a nice place to curl up and go to sleep kind of hiding.
