    Help with flexwatt
I need someone who is familiar with wiring flexwatt to help me. I purchased it prewired and when I received it one of the connections had broken. Now there are plastic insulators over the connections and I cant get in there to recrimp the wire into the connector. Does anyone know how to get the insulators off without breaking them?

i soldered and i havent had any issues, if you know how to solder then try and solder htat one connection and then put some electrical tape over or tape the insulator with electrical tape over

I'd contact the person you purchased it from and let them know it must have gotten broken during shipping.
